These terms apply to your use of gsoc.elixpo.com, the Elixpo Google Summer of Code site. By using the site you accept them.

Licences

  • Site code is licensed under the MIT licence.
  • Site text (the pages, project ideas and project descriptions) is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may share and adapt it, including commercially, if you credit Elixpo and indicate any changes.
  • Elixpo projects linked from this site keep the licences stated in their own repositories.

Trademarks

  • The Elixpo name, the Elixpo and Oreo marks, and the elixpo.com domains are reserved by Elixpo and are not covered by either licence above. You may use them to refer to Elixpo truthfully, but not as the name of your own product or in a way that suggests Elixpo endorses it.
  • Google Summer of Code and the GSoC logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Elixpo uses them under Google's brand guidelines to refer to its application. Elixpo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Information on this site

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We keep it accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but the official Google Summer of Code rules, dates and eligibility requirements are those published by Google on the Google Summer of Code site.

No guarantee of selection

  • Publishing project ideas does not guarantee that Elixpo will take part in Google Summer of Code or that any idea will receive a contributor slot.
  • Google decides which organisations take part and how many contributor slots each receives.
  • Elixpo selects contributors for its slots according to the programme rules and its published selection criteria.

Third-party sites

The site links to sites run by others, such as GitHub, Google and Cloudflare. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
